Mandalay Bay Shooting in Las Vegas – A Tragedy
So shocked to see the news about the terrible tragedy in Las Vegas, with 58 dead and over 500 injured. This beautiful and amazing city doesn’t deserve that, nor do the many tourists visiting for amazing times. Its a tragedy whichever way you look at it, and my heart is saddened.

I sang at the amazing House of Blues in Las Vegas one night, located within Mandalay Bay.
If you are following my Facebook posts, you may remember my video of The Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay (which included views of the area across the road where this country festival was being held).
So this particular Las Vegas hotel and casino holds many memories for me. I send love and best wishes to all those people I’ve met and know in the Las Vegas area, and pray for your safety.
Las Vegas continues to be one of the most amazing holiday and entertainment destinations on Earth, and this random tragedy should in no way stop anyone from going to visit.
Tragedies can happen anywhere, anytime – but if you don’t go out and do the things you’ll love, regardless of any perceived threats, that’s a bigger tragedy.
Live for today, learn from the past, plan for tomorrow. And always have love in your heart for others. Love conquers all.
