Costco Las Vegas Food on the Run Options
Can any US locals recommend good Costco food options for food on the run?
As I mentioned in my https://www.howtobeatthecasinos.com/cheap-eats-in-las-vegas-november-2022/ article, I’m coming to Las Vegas soon. As an international Costco member, I’m considering visiting Costco in Las Vegas (which I’ve never done) and buying some food items that I can eat on the run in Las Vegas, to save sitting down for costly meals every day that I’m there. As a tourist, I’ll be in a casino hotel, probably without a microwave or any kitchen equipment, and probably without a fridge too (although some do have one). **UPDATE: A cheap polystyrene chilly bin is available from nearly every gas station in Las Vegas for around $6. Buy one, top up with ice from the ice maker in your hotel. Excellent chilling!**
Just wondering if any Las Vegas locals can recommend food items I could buy at Costco that might last me a few days in my room, that could provide a meal or snack where required? I’ve been thinking things like croissants, cheese, possibly creme caramels (if they don’t require refrigeration), muffins etc – but I’m very open to ideas here. If you’ve used Costco to purchase food with a similar intent, perhaps you could provide me with your thoughts or ideas? I’d really appreciate it.
I come to Las Vegas to enjoy myself, relax, and spend money. On rare occasions I’ve won some money and come back home with more money than I’ve taken with me – but most holidays have left me out of pocket. This trip I’m trying to cut down on food costs where I can, to allow more dollars for entertainment, shows, attractions, slot machines, and blackjack. 🙂
Looking forward to any ideas you might have that could provide good experiences with good savings.
