Resorts World Las Vegas Strip Visit
I was able to visit the Resorts World complex on the Las Vegas Strip in November 2022. It was my first visit, and I will say that I was pretty impressed with it overall. It was certainly beautiful and well appointed inside, and I liked the fact it had different flavours of casinos. The traditional casino main gaming floor was light and airy, with a good range of casino slot machines and table games. It was well spaced out, and on the night I visited it wasn’t busy, so it didn’t feel crowded in any way.
The Crockfords casino which is a separate area from the main floor was very British in its design and atmosphere. Personalised drink service, immaculate dealers, few slot machines, and mainly table casino games. Each of the table games had a human dealer – unlike some of the table games available on the main casino floor (some had human dealers, some were electronic machines). The table game limits in this area were much higher than on the main floor, maybe to eliminate the “riff-raff”. Lol. There was a high limit Baccarat salon separated from the Crockfords area – specifically for high rollers I guess.
The original Crockfords casino was in London, UK, and was established many years ago as a high quality private players club. It’s nice to see this brand now run by Resorts World, taking the older quality and values of the original, paired with exceptional and personalised service, and modernising the experience as part of the overall Resorts World vibe. Old money meets new money, or something like that.
I didn’t get a chance to try the Players Club here as it was literally only a short one hour visit. But I did take a few photos of the property so that you can get a feel for what it was like. I hope you enjoy them!
Please note that there is Valet parking available at the property – but its expensive at $25 USD. At most casinos valet parking would be basically optional, but at this casino the car parking is about a 15-20 minute walk from the casino entrance itself. If you have any kind of mobility issue, walking from the car park to the casino may be a bit of a stretch. Something worth noting for your visit perhaps.
